1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Wiser Mania. They should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood both documents.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm other users, event organizers, our partners, or the Platform itself. You must not attempt to disrupt the Platform, misrepresent your identity, or collect information from the Platform or other users without authorization.

4. Events and Calendar Features

The Platform lets you browse events and, where available, add them to your calendar. Event details — including date, location, description, and points value — are provided for information and may change. We or the event organizer may update, postpone, or cancel an event when necessary.

Calendar links and downloads are provided as a convenience. We do not guarantee that every calendar integration will work on every device, or that an event will take place exactly as described.

5. Guild Points and Related Features

wiser Mania may display guild points or related community features in connection with events. Any such features are promotional and informational. They have no cash value, are not property you own, and cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for money unless we expressly say otherwise. We may adjust or discontinue these features at any time.

6. Lead Generation and Partner Contact

Where you provide information in connection with events or related opportunities, that information may be shared as business leads with our partners, clients, and related third parties, who may contact you about products, services, or opportunities. This practice is described more fully in our Privacy Policy.

If you wish to opt out of lead sharing or marketing communications where applicable law allows, please contact us.

7. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Wiser Mania or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Platform for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Event experiences are often delivered by organizers or partners. We are not responsible for the conduct of third parties, the quality of every event, or outcomes that result from partner communications after a lead has been shared.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wiser Mania and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service giving rise to the claim or a nominal amount permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Nepal, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Where mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence apply, those protections remain available to you. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Platform will be handled in the competent courts of Nepal, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
